Internships

As my resume will attest, I am a well-rounded individual who is academically capable, environmentally aware, and socially conscious. In pursuit of my BSc Mechanical Engineering at Florida International University (anticipated graduation May 2016), I have completed engineering related summer internships in Nicaragua (2015) and Trinidad (2014).

I have also been exposed to and have had the opportunity to work and interact with persons from various cultures including Vietnam (2013), Cambodia (2013), and Italy (2012).

Academics

I flourished in my secondary school years to achieve overall best academic performer 2010. This continued into my university life and though it was quite an adjustment on my own, in a foreign country, I have been able to access and excel at many of what the university has to offer through the Honors Program including study abroad experiences, advanced research and academics.

Volunteer

My exposure at university has inculcated the need to participate actively in the community including teaching, public gardening and art. I have no difficulty in participating in labour intensive positions as well as intellectual stimulating ones.
